Simple Steps to Upgrading
All
that is required is for you to download,
and then run this update patch.
1. Download the update patch (file)
2. Run the file by Double Clicking on it with your mouse
3. Follow the prompts and the update will automatically install for you.
Warning:
If you are upgrading your software to this latest version, DO NOT download and install the Full Version over the top of your existing installation, only install the update patch.
Else you run the risk of loosing your data if you have not backed up.
If you must install the Full Version due to a pc issue, then you will need to backup your data files first so you can restore them after you reinstall the software.
If
you are unsure which version of the software
you currently have installed. Run your software,
and click on the "Help" icon on
the main screen. Look towards the top left
hand corner of this help screen, you will
see the words "Version ???". The
latest version is 2.5, older versions may
be 2.0, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3
