To Download the videos direct to your Pc follow these instructions:
These videos are self contained videos and require no other software in order for you to view them on your pc.
Just click on each link and your browser should then ask you to save the file to your pc, you can then follow your pc prompts and save the file to a location of your choice.
When you download the videos they will exist in an exe format. To view the videos once downloaded simply run the file. This is usually done by double clicking on the file with your left mouse button.
By providing you the video in this format we have kept the file size small thus saving you time.

Expense - Negative - Reversal Entry
This video will show you how to make a negative entry. This could be helpful if you purchase and item and then return it or part of the purchase to the supplier.
You will obviously need to record and keep the initial purchase, but you also want to reverse this amount (so as to subtract this amount from expenses):
