We at EasyAs pride ourselves on efficiency and always try to respond to any help request within 24hours.
Obviously we are unable to man the email server 24hrs a day, but as our software requires very little learning to understand we also rarely receive help requests so we can usually respond within hours of receiving an email.

Warning - Hotmail Email Addresses
Please be aware that hotmail email addresses are unreliable... Each month we see clients who don't get their emails from us.
I see clients requesting copies of serial numbers and/or requesting an easycode number, they dont hear back from us so they get upset thinking we are ignoring them.
However each time we get emails from our clients, and especially when they are requesting an easycode we always respond, we always ensure all the easycodes go out. We send emails to you to your hotmail email address but they come back to us from hotmail informing us that this hotmail email address does not exist.
But we know this is incorrect, as this is the email address you have been using. We have tried to contact hotmail about their issue but we never hear anything back..
When we see this problem we always make serveral attempts to contact you, we check to see if we have another email address on file, if not we will make sometimes up to 10 attempts over 4 or 5 days to send you the email to your hotmail inbox before we are forced to give up.
This problem is not always present, it can disappear for weeks and then show up again, its very inconsistent. So we suggest that if you are waiting for a response from us and it has not arrived then please contact us with an alternate email address.
If you are looking for another free email address then maybe look at gmail, we never see any problems with that facility.

This means that we do not sell, give away or use your information, such as email addresses for anything other than directly connected with EasyAs.
When you purchase a product from us we keep your details safe and secure and will usually only contact you as a direct response to a help request or when issuing updates or other notifications related to EasyAs
