EasyAs Triple Guard Security
EasyAs Accounting employs a 3 Stage Software Registration Process which makes up the complete Triple Guard Security System.
Why Triple Guard Security?
EasyAs is proactive in the security of personal information and the prevention of online credit card fraud. Because of this we now use a 3 stage approach to add extra security for our users.
Stage 1 - Serial Number
Stage one of the process involves the purchasing of the serial number from EasyAs via the easyas purchase page.
At the end of the initial 30 Day Trial Period the EasyAs Accounting Software will ask you to enter your serial number
To prevent any unnecessary loss of time and loss of access to your accounts our merchant will generally issue you with the serial number almost instantly after your funds have cleared. This means that if you purchase via paypal or by using a credit card you will usually receive your serial number within minutes of the purchase (always via email).

Stage 2 - EasyAs EasyCode
Stage two occurs between 60 and 90 Days after purchasing of the software..
When you insert your serial number at Stage One the easyas software will instantly activate Stage 2. After a period of around 60 days your EasyAs Software will ask you for EasyCode Registration.
This step involves sending us the 10 Digit EasyCode Number - Via the Form Below

This is how you send us your 10 Digit EasyCode Registration Number
Once you have filled out the online registration form we will then manually check your EasyCode against your purchase information and generate you your registration number.
We then email you your EasyCode Registration Number.
Please Note that we manually check all EasyCode Numbers against your purchase information, and as this is a manual process we ask you to allow around 14 days before receipt of your EasyCode Registration Number.
Stage 3 - EasyCode Registration Number
Once you have received your Registration Number Back from EasyAs you need to enter it into the system.
This step involves entering the 5 Digit EasyCode Number into EasyAs. We will return you a personal 5 Digit Number after you have complete Step Two above
