EasyCode Registration

If you have your 10 Digit EasyCode then you can fill out the form below..

This form is sent to a specific area within EasyAs to speed up the issuing of the EasyCode Registration Number... Please do not send your EasyCode by any other means as this will delay you receiving your registration number.

Please Note:

Before you fill out this form Please ensure that you understand the steps to the Triple Guard Security, failure to register the correct information could cause a significant delay in receiving your EasyCode Registration Number.. You easycode registration number should consist of 10 digits.

This page contains a list of the stages involved Triple Guard Security

Please do not leave this to the last minute, if you have decided to ignore this process the computer will lock you out of the easyas software whilst it waits for you to enter your easycode. So for your sake please do not leave this until the last day as it can take up to 14 days before you receive your easycode. Remember that this form will only need to be filled out once you have your 10 digit personal easycode. The EasyAs Software will only provide this to you after you have had the software installed for around 90 days. If you are unsure of the Three Stages to the Triple Guard Process then please follow this link: Triple Guard Security

Attention: Katherine Yellen - please contact us with an alternate email address as the one you are using is failing to accept any emails - we suggest you contact us using a gmail email address

Online EasyCode Registration Form

If you have your 10 digit personal easycode then you are ready to fill out this online registration from. Once you fill out this form please allow around 10 days for a reply of your EasyCode Registration Number. You will receive a 5 digit EasyCode Registration Number Via Email.

If you have not received your email within 10 Days then please contact us using an alternate email address.. We often see isp problems and when a provider has a problem the easycode email gets returned to us.. If you do not have an alternate email address then you might consider setting up a gmail email address for this purpose - remember if you do not receive our response within 10 days then contact us using a different email source - such as gmail or gmx..

There are four main boxes in the form below which require information, the other two boxes are optional.

Boxes that require information appear with ***

EasyCode Registration Form

If you are providing a hotmail email address see the information at the bottom of this page

Enter the Name you used at time of Purchase: ***

Enter the Email Address you used at the time of purchase if it is different from above email address:

Enter Serial Number received a time of Purchase: ***

Enter your EasyCode:

*** Note this is Not your serial number - It must be the 10 digit easycode

Space for Extra Information if needed:

We suggest that if you have only provided us with one email address (or two from the same source) then you should also provide us with an alternate email address in case our easycode delivery email fails, as we will then use the alternate source.. We often see comcast.net and hotmail addresses fail on a regular basis, as well as others - for your sake please provide an alternate email - if you do not have an alternate source then maybe you might want to setup a gmail account just in case, as we don't want you to experience a delay with your easycode:

Verification Code:
Enter Verification Code: ***

The above form uses a verification method to stop automatic online bots sending unsolicited emails to our inbox, which only slows down the issuing of registration numbers.. Once you have filled out the form, enter the verification code above into the verification code box and then click the "Submit Icon"

Hotmail Email Addresses:

If you are providing a hotmail email address then you should also provide an alternate email address in the box at the bottom labeled "Extra Information". This is important because around 40% of emails sent to a hotmail email address come back to us as failures, hotmail tells us that these email addresses do not exist, yet we know they do as this is the email address you have been using... So to avoid delay of your easycode you should also provide an alternate email address.

We can then use the alternate email address if hotmail is having problems with their service.. Each month we see clients who are upset because they have not received their easycode email from us, but there is nothing we can do as their hotmail inbox fails to accept emails..

If you do not have an alternate email address, then maybe consider opening up a new one for this with gmail (it is a free service, do a search online and you will find them, gmail is google's email system)
