Stage 1 - Inserting your Serial Number
Step 1 is completed at or around the time of purchase. This is where you enter the serial number you received from easyas when you purchased the software.
Stage 2 - Main EasyCode Screen
At around 30 to 60 days after Stage One the easyas accounting software will activate stage two.
At this time the following icon appears on the main screen. This icon will remain until the easycode process is completed.
You need to click this icon to access the EasyCode Screen to enable you to access your 10 digit easy code.
Once you click the above icon you will be presented with the EasyCode Information Screen
Read the above screen as it provides additional information about the process.
However what is important is that you need to obtain the 10 digit serial code and send that to us via the online registration process. To obtain the 10 digit personal easycode you must click on the icon at the bottom left of the screen.
When you click that icon you will be presented with a popup box which contains your personal EasyCode
You will see your 10 digit personal easycode located in the middle of the popup box. Once you have located this number you need to write it down on a piece of paper as you will need later when you go to complete the online registration form.
Click on the link shown in the image above; you will be taken directly to the online registration form. Fill out the form and we will manually check it against our system and we will then sent your a 5 digit code (as per stage 3 below).
If you have your 10 digit personal code and you have not yet filled out the online registraion form then click this link, it will take you directly to the online registration form
Stage 3 - Entering Your EasyCode Registration Number
Once you have filled out the online registration from at Stage Two we will then complete Stage 3 and issue you with your registration number.
After we manually check your 10 digit number our computer system will generate the matching 5 digit easycode which corresponds to your 10 digit personal number. We will then send you a copy of your 5 digit easycode via email..
Once you receive your 5 digit easycode you can complete the Triple Guard Registration Process by entering the 5 digit number into the easyas software.
To enter your 5 Digit EasyCode Number into the software simply click the icon on your main desktop that looks like this:
Once you click the icon you will be presented with the main easycode information screen. Next you will need to click the icon at the bottom left of that screen:
Once you click the icon at the bottom left of that screen you will be presented with a pop up box that looks like this:
Simply enter the 5 digit EasyCode Registration Number into the white box.. Once you enter the registration number into the white box, you need to complete this process by clicking on the "OK" Icon..
This then completes the EasyAs Triple Guard Security Process.
Simply close out and exit any of the remaining screens and the Triple Guard Process will be completed. The next time you restart the easyas accounting software you will discover that the easycode registration icon will no longer appear on the main screen.
