What happens after the purchase

Where is my Serial Number ?

After you purchase the software the merchant will send you an email which contains a LINK to your serial number.

Please be aware that you will not receive an email from the merchant until funds clear, but obviously with todays online merchants this is usually going to be very fast an almost instant when you pay via paypal or credit card.

Be aware that any method of payment other then credit card or paypal could slow the process down by between 2 to 5 working days.

Please Note:

If you use a method of payment that clears instantly, such as credit card, you will also have access to your serial number at that time without having to wait for emails.. Once you make the payment wait for the final screen to update (it can take anything from a few seconds to half a minute), once the screen updates you will then see a link at the bottom of the screen which will take you to your serial number. (see the first image below)

You should usually receive two emails into your inbox, which have subject lines which appear like this:

This is an email which we have instructed the system to send which provides you with additional instructions on how to find the LINK to your serial number in the email which you will receive from the merchant:

Please Note:

It is advisable that you print a copy of your Serial Number and/or record it in a Safe Place for future Reference.

Like always if something goes wrong and you need a copy of your serial number we will be happy to email it to you. However, what normally happens if things goes wrong, they go wrong, and the last thing you need is for us to be on holiday's and the office closed, and you waiting for a copy of your serial number to continue with your bookkeeping... It hasn't happened yet as we pride ourselves in being able to respond quickly, but you don't want to be the first ???
