I already Purchased - Where is my Serial Number
We understand that many of our clients purchase the software ahead of the trial period running out, in fact many of our clients purchase the program within hours of testing the software.
After purchasing the Software everyone receives a confirmation email, this email contains a LINK to your personal serial number.
If for some reason you have misplaced this email or feel you did not receive it, then contact us as we will be happy to resend you your serial number. You will need to provide us with your name, the name you purchased your serial number under (if different from your name) and your purchase email address, so we can confirm you are the person who purchased. We will then interrogate our system and send you a copy of the serial number which was issued to you..
There may be a short delay in obtaining another copy as this is a manual process.
I purchased the program but it's still asking for a serial number
Please be aware that once you have made your purchase you will also need to enter the serial number into the program.
From time to time we receive emails from individuals whom are confused as they believed that once they made the purchase the software would know this had occurred and would enter the serial number into the software.
Please note that the EasyAs Software is a closed software, we do not have access to any information in your accounts, we cannot see your software, nor does it speak back to EasyAs... Which is exactly what you want, as you do not want us having access to your personal accounting information.... But because of this you also need to manually enter your serial number into the program after your purchase.
How Do I Enter My Serial Number
There are 2 Methods of entering your Serial Number:
Method One:
At the end of the Trial Period a screen will appear advising you that your trial has expired and it will be requesting that you enter your serial number.
Simple enter the number and click the icon to complete the process and easyas will take care of the rest

Method Two
If you have your serial number and you want to enter it before the end of the Trial Period simply follow these steps:
Click the "Setup" Icon on the main screen
Click the icon called "Enter Your Serial Number"
Enter the number in the boxes provided
Click Ok and easyas will take care of the rest for you.
