Setting Up the Printing Directory
Printing Directories can be setup for each individual Business Profile
Problems With Printing:
Please be aware that printing to a PDF or a Word Document is a separate function of the computer. As during the process the computer needs to save the document to a Folder on your pc.
Many times the printing to a PDF or Word Document will Fail simply because easyas is not able to satisfactory locate the printing folder.. Even if you have, or have not previously set this up.
We strongly suggest that you create a new folder just for easyas… We also suggest that you create the new folder on C Drive and NOT in the “mydocuments” folder.. This is because we have seen many issues with pc’s and the mydocuments folder..
The problems we have seen with the mydocuments folder is due to Microsoft changing its location with almost every new version of windows, so this is why we suggest creating the easyas printing folder yourself on C Drive.
We suggest you create a new folder on C Drive something like this: C:EasyAsPrinting
