Before Emailing for Support

To prevent loss of time we ask that you review this help area before contacting us with any help query. Whilst we do try to respond to your emails in a timely fashion depending on the different world time frames and holidays and weekends etc it could be that we will respond in as little as 3 hours but it could take as long as 72 hours.

We ask that you carry out all the above actions before contacting us, because many times when a help request comes in we simply refer you back to a page on our website which contains the answers you were looking for.

Its not that we are saying don't contact us, but in the long run this sometimes causes you more grief as the answers you were looking for were instantly available, so if you had to wait for 72 hours for us to respond with a redirection back to a page on the website it can seem very annoying.
