Sending Emails using the EasyAs Emailer.

You have the ability to be able to send emails from within the software using your client address book.  this means you can send invoices, quotes and purchase orders directly to clients without leaving the software.

However this is a basic emailer, its not meant as a replacement for traditional emailing programs.  This facility was introduced in the software simply as a means of sending invoices directly from the software, and was not meant as a way of logging and communicating with clients.

Main Point:

It’s critical that you setup a printing directory prior to using this facility.  This is because the easyas emailer will print the invoice directly to that directory before attaching it to an email.  If this is not setup then the emailer will have an error and will not work..
